In January 2023, the Generac Foundation began making meaningful impacts and generating goodness that would power possibilities and strengthen communities where Generac employees live and work. Establishing the Generac Foundation is recognition of the robust community engagement that has been part of the long-term culture of the company. The Foundation also provides an added element of social responsibility for the betterment of our society.
The Generac Foundation will focus its donations within four giving pillars: Education, Responders, Sustainability and Community. Click here to review details about each of these focus areas and the types of programs the Foundation is seeking to support.
The Generac Foundation will make contributions to 501c3 charities (or U.S. equivalent) in communities that have a concentration of Generac employees. You can review the Generac Foundation giving guidelines and eligibility here.
The first step for consideration by the Generac Foundation is to complete the on-line application. Applications are reviewed by the Donations Committee and/or Foundation Board to make determinations on requests.
To apply for funding from the Generac Foundation, select this link. You will need to create an account and log back in to view the application. Requests can be submitted at any time and a response is provided within 60 days.
